Open Meeting:   Chairman Slutzky opened the workshop meeting at 6:00 PM

Workshop on potential updates to Village of Hunter Zoning Law:

Zoning Map Changes:

H. Budrock presented a revised Official Zoning Map to the Board for review and approval. After review, the Board determined it was correct and properly displayed the various parcels annexed into the Village over the last several years.

Permitted Use Changes:

H. Budrock presented a revised proposed new section 9.9 Multiple-Family Dwellings to be added to ARTICLE 9—SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS of the Village of Hunter Zoning Law. Chairman Slutzky said he would distribute this version to the full Board for review and discussion at next workshop meeting.

H. Budrock presented new definitions for various uses that the Board discussed at the previous workshop meeting. The Board reviewed the definitions along with similar/related existing permitted uses to determine the appropriate districts for the proposed new uses and the appropriate area and coverage metrics for them in each of the applicable districts. The Board reviewed the New Definitions and metrics for HEALTH SPA, COMMERCIAL EVENT VENUE, RECREATIONAL FACILITY, CANNABIS CULTIVATION FACILITY, and GROUND MOUNTED SOLAR PANELS. The Board agreed to review KENNEL-COMMERCIAL, GLAMPING RESORT and TINY HOUSES at the next workshop meeting.

H. Budrock said she will bring sample dumpster law language to the next workshop.

Giangrande made MOTION to adjourn at 7:00 PM. P. Sikalis seconded the MOTION, which was carried by all.
