PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Village of Hunter Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 6:45 PM, in accordance with the Village of
Hunter Subdivision Law, in the Conference Room at the Village of Hunter Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 8430 State Route 23A, Hunter, New York. The purpose of this public hearing will be to receive public comments, questions and/or concerns relative to the plans for a proposed 2-lot Minor Subdivision of tax lot #164.05-6-12 located at the intersection of Maple Avenue and Mill Street in the Village of Hunter.
