PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Village of Hunter Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 6:30 PM, in accordance with the Village of
Subdivision Law, in the Conference Room at the Village of Hunter Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 8430 State Route 23A, Hunter, New York. The purpose of this public hearing will be to receive public comments, questions and/or concerns relative to the plans for a proposed 3-lot Minor Subdivision at 31 Garfield Avenue in the Village of Hunter.
