PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, The Village of Hunter Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 7:30 PM, in accordance with the Village of
Hunter Zoning Law and Subdivision Law, in the Conference Room at The Village of Hunter Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 8430 State Route 23A, Hunter, New York. The purpose of this public hearing will be to receive public comments, questions and/or concerns relative to the Site Plan and Preliminary Plat for the proposed Le Jardine de Hunter Condominiums and Major Residential Subdivision. The applicant is seeking site plan approval for 48 condominium units and community space building on Tax Lot 164.00-1-18.1. The applicant is also seeking major subdivision approval for 40 single family residential lots on Tax Lots 164.00-5-2.22, 164.00-5-7 and 164.00-5-2.21. The project is proposing to connect to municipal sewer and water infrastructure.
