PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, The Village of Hunter Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 8:00 PM, in accordance with The Village of
Hunter Zoning Law, in the Conference Room at The Village of Hunter Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 8430 State Route 23A, Hunter, New York. The purpose of this public hearing will be to receive public comments, questions and/or concerns relative to the proposed site plan for Creekside Retreat House located at 7962 Main Street, Village of Hunter. The applicant proposes to demolish the existing structures and construct a retreat house consisting of 14 rooms with private baths and amenity spaces for private use.
