The Village of Hunter Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 22 at 6:00 PM in the conference room at the Village waste water treatment plant, 8430 Route 23A, Hunter, NY. In accordance with Village of Hunter Zoning Law Schedule 1, Use, Area and Coverage Regulations for the Village Business District, the Board will consider a Variance Application submitted by Finn Partners for requested Area Variances for the construction of their proposed Creekside Retreat House, 7961 Main Street, Village of Hunter, NY. All members of the public are invited to attend this hearing to voice their comments, questions or concerns relative to the requested variances. A Special meeting of the Village of Hunter Zoning Board of Appeals will immediately follow the Public Hearing, at which the Board will consider the requested variances.
