Emergency Meeting Minutes

Minutes of The Village of Hunter Board of Trustees Emergency Meeting 

Date:  September 1, 2023  10:23am

Location:  Hunter Village Hall 

Call to Order: Deputy Mayor Jason DiLeo called the meeting to order at 10:23AM. 

Board Members Present: Deputy Mayor Jason DiLeo and Trustee Benjamin Sommers 

Village Officials and Employees Present: Kathleen M. Hilbert, Clerk/Treasurer 

Public Present: None 

Purpose of Emergency Meeting: To pay for appraisal performed by Hudson Valley Appraisal Corp. 

Deputy Mayor Jason DiLeo made a motion to approve payment of General Fund Voucher No. 

V97 payable to Hudson Valley Appraisal Corp. in the amount of $2,600.  This was for the appraisal of Kerner property identified as tax map number 164.06-1-20.  He also made a motion giving Clerk Hilbert approval to send this check by USPS overnight mail.  Trustee Sommers seconded these motions. 

Invoice was ordered paid from the appropriation account indicated on the voucher presented.  Check is to be sent by overnight mail. 

Adjournment:  Meeting was adjourned by Deputy Mayor DiLeo at 10:24AM; seconded by Trustee Sommers
