Mayor Maley opened the Public Hearing at 7:45 p.m. He stated this was a joint meeting between
The Village of Hunter and the Town of Hunter.

Application of Sestilio Botti for the annexation of certain lands located in the Town of Hunter into The Village of Hunter. Attorney Tal Rappleyea stated 12 acres are in the Town of Hunter and for
Purpose of sewage and water, Mr. Botti wishes to annex to the Village of Hunter.

Comments from the Public:

Jim Ray inquired if Mr. Botti plans to build on this property.
Paul Slutzky stated there are issues for stormwater. What is there when he bought has changed
And Mr. Botti now has to abide by the new stormwater restrictions.
