Mayor Higgins opened the Public Hearing at 11:00AM.

Members Present: Mayor Alan Higgins, Trustee Benjamin Sommers, Trustee Anita Ayres and Clerk/Treasurer Kathleen Hilbert

The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear public comments with regard to the 2021 Office of Community Renewal Community Development Block Grant Program.

Mayor Higgins: This particular grant requires us to hold a public hearing. We are waiting on Kevin Schwenzfeier of Delaware Engineering. If there are any questions, those questions will be directed to him. The purpose of this public hearing is so that we can apply to the CDBG for the 2021 program year.

Kevin Schwenzfeier joined the meeting.

Mayor Higgins: Are there any questions? There are no questions or public comments. At this time, I will end the Public Hearing.

The Public Hearing was closed by the Mayor at 11:15AM.
