PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Village of Hunter Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at 7:00 PM, in accordance with the Village of Hunter Zoning Law, in the Conference Room at the Village of Hunter Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 8430 State Route 23A, Hunter, New York. The purpose of this public hearing will be to receive public comments, questions and/or concerns relative to the review of proposed Site Plan for Hunter Retreat LLC at Tax Lot #164.05-4-3. The proposed action includes the construction of (3) pre-fab tiny houses on concrete piers to be used for rental occupancy. All interested parties may offer comment at that time. Written comments may also be submitted to the Village of Hunter Planning Board until the end of the Public Hearing.
