Meeting Minutes
December 28, 2017

Public Present: Jeff Prince, representing Hunter Peaks LLC; Kim McGalliard, representing Jagerberg Beer Hall; Florentina Florescu, Resident

Opening of Meeting: P. Slutzky opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m.

Review and Approval of Minutes of November 30, 2017:

After review, G. Goodrich made MOTION to approve the minutes as presented. MOTION seconded by R. Volpi and carried unanimously.

Business:

  1. Jeff Prince requested a Public Hearing for Hunter Peaks Major Residential Subdivision: Tax Lot # 164.00-7-3 at the next Planning Board Meeting, schedule for January 25, 2018. C. Cornelius made MOTION to approve the public hearing. MOTION seconded by G. Goodrich and carried unanimously.P. Slutzky said that he will make the Notice of Public Hearing and told J. Prince that he will have to notify all parties including the Town of Hunter Planning Board via Return Receipt Requested and bring proof of Return Receipts to the next meeting. P. Slutzky will find out if any State Agencies need to be notified and will let Jeff Prince know.
  2. Florentina Florescu – 2 Lot Subdivision Application – Tax Lot #164.06-2-2Paul Slutzky went over the application and accepted F. Florescu Check #983 in the amount of $100.00. P. Slutzky will review the application and e-Mail everyone a copy. At the next Planning Board Meeting they will look at the SEQRA. F. Florescu will need a copy of her Miner Subdivision – Plat Map (2 Copies); it will have to have the Village of Hunter Endorsement Block on it, because P. Slutzky and R. Volpi will have to sign the Plat Map. R. Volpi asked F. Florescu if there were any deed restrictions and she stated that there are no restrictions.

    P. Slutzky said that there is a mandatory Public Hearing for all Subdivisions. R. Volpi made the MOTION to approve the Public Hearing. MOTION seconded by C. Cornelius and carried unanimously. P. Slutzky said that he will make the Notice of Public Hearing and told F. Florescu that she will have to notify all abutters (5) via Return/Receipt to all abutting neighbors and bring proof of mailing stubs and receipts of delivery to next month’s meeting.

  3. Kim McGalliard – Jagerberg Beer Hall – Tax Lot # 164.11-1-7 – Sign Application – P. Slutzky received the Sign Application, and the $50.00 (Check #214) application fee was received the Village of Hunter. P. Slutzky said they will have to do a Site Plan Review, with minor revisions and K. McGalliard will have to fill out and Architect Review Application, P. Slutzky let K. McGalliard take one of the Planning Boards extra drawings, so the Architect can pencil in any permanent changes that they have made to the building/grounds on the drawing and a Short Environmental Assessment Form which can be printed from the Web Site. P. Slutsky also requested the K. McGalliard sent the Board a copy of their Mission Statement via e-Mail.R. Volpi mention that down lighting on the chimney would be a good thing for all neighbors and traffic.

    P. Slutzky said that there needs to be Public Hearing. C. Cornelius made the MOTION to approve the Public Hearing. MOTION seconded by R. Volpi and carried unanimously. P. Slutzky said that he will make the Notice of Public Hearing and told K. McGalliard that she will have to notify all abutting neighbors and those on opposite side of Route 23A via Mail Return/Receipt Requested and bring proof of mailing stubs and receipts of delivery to next month’s meeting
