PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The Village of Hunter Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 7:00 PM, in accordance with the Village of Hunter Zoning Law, in the Conference Room at the Village of Hunter Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 8430 State Route 23A, Hunter, New York.
The purpose of this public hearing will be to receive public comments, questions and/or concerns relative to the review of proposed site plan for 7925 Main Street, Village of Hunter. The project involves renovation of the house structure including raising the building 2.5 feet to lift it out of the flood plain and change of use to restaurant and bar.
All interested parties may offer comment at that time.
Written comments may also be submitted to the Village of Hunter Planning Board until the end of the Public Hearing.
