Emergency Meeting Minutes

Call to Order: 9:00AM. Pledge of Allegiance.

Members Present: Mayor Alan Higgins and Trustee Michael Tancredi

Also Present: Kathleen M. Hilbert, Clerk/Treasurer

Public Present: None

Mayor Alan Higgins opened the Emergency Meeting.

Mayor Higgins – The purpose of this emergency meeting is to approve the payment of school taxes on two parcels owned by our water department and also funds coming out of the General Fund Account for utility bills and school tax for the parcel donated by Dave and CB Slutzky down by the sewer plant and funds out of the Sewer Operating Account for utility bills. Do I hear a motion to approve payment of these bills? Motion made by Trustee Tancredi; seconded by Mayor Higgins. All were in favor. Motion carried.

The above vouchers were audited and ordered paid.
