Mayor William Maley – We are having an emergency special meeting for the purpose of authorizing the payment of a voucher for Fleet Fueling Gulf Oil. Do I hear a motion to approve the voucher?

Trustee Alan Higgins – I make a motion to sign the voucher and pay the bill. Seconded by Mayor Maley.

Trustee Alan Higgins – voting yea
Mayor William Maley – voting yea
