Emergency Meeting Minutes - Tentative

Members Present: Mayor Alan Higgins and Trustee Geri Marino

Call to Order: Mayor Higgins called the meeting to order.

Mayor Higgins: The purpose of this emergency meeting is to appoint a new Deputy Clerk. I make a motion that we appoint Donna Edmonds at an annual salary of $27,755 for the position of Deputy Clerk. Trustee Marino: I second it. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously.

Mayor Higgins: Also, I would like to make a motion that we waive the ninety-day waiting period for the health benefits and we start health benefits for Donna Edmonds on January 1, 2018. Trustee Marino: I second it. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously.

Resolution 2017 – 07
Appoint Deputy Clerk and Waive Waiting Period for Health Benefits

Motion made by Mayor Higgins; seconded by Trustee Marino.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that The Village of Hunter Board of Trustees appoints Donna Edmonds to the position of Deputy Clerk at an annual salary of $27,755 and waives the ninety-day waiting period for health benefits. Donna Edmonds’ health benefits will become effective on January 1, 2018.

The foregoing resolution was put to a vote and was carried unanimously.

The resolution was thereupon declared duly adopted.
