Special Meeting

Call to Order: 11:30AM

Members Present: Mayor William Maley and Trustee Alan Higgins

Also Present: Kathleen M. Hilbert

Mayor Maley – The purpose of this meeting is to authorize an increase in salary for Donna Endy, Deputy Treasurer in the amount of $.50 per hour. Trustee Higgins – I just want to add that this is as of the pay period beginning Friday, September 9, 2016.

Resolution 2016 – 049
Salary increase for the Deputy Treasurer

Motion made by Trustee Alan Higgins; Seconded by Mayor William Maley

RESOLVED that The Village of Hunter Board of Trustees approves a $.50 per hour wage increase for Donna Endy, Deputy Treasurer. New hourly wage: $15.87.

The foregoing resolution was put to a vote and was carried unanimously.

Mayor William Maley voting – yea
Trustee Alan Higgins voting – yea

The resolution was thereupon declared duly adopted.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting by Trustee Alan Higgins, seconded by Mayor William Maley.
